Can we talk about how good commercial vegan ice cream is these days? We are living in a golden age. I'm currently in a town of 2500 people, and the grocery store has no fewer than 20 kinds of vegan ice cream. Coconut, almond, soy, Tofutti Cuties and ice cream sandwiches. Today's prompt is 'quick, easy, delicious', and I'm not sure it gets easier than this: my kid's first ice cream cone, all to herself.
She's been requesting another since the moment she finished! And the world is as it should be, the baby sticky with ice cream, with dirty feet, in a wet bathing suit.
